A Residential Care Facility for the Elderly
COVID - 19 Notice
We have some new updates now that things are opening up after more than a year of social isolation. We are now having more visits. YAY! Outdoor visits are still preferred by us and Community Care Licensing. Indoor visits are still for "Essential Visits" like the out monthly physician's visit, home health provider, and hospice residents. Masks and social distancing are still mandatory. While us, licensing, and the CDC all preferred that all residents received 1 of the 3 Covid vaccines, it was still a resident/family decision, we may have residents that are not vaccinated at this time. Which is part of the reasoning of following the strict guidelines.
We would still like a phone call prior to visiting. Licensing would like for us to only have ONE visiting area. For easier sanitization and to be sure we are still following social distancing, mask wearing, and no physical contact. We apologize in advance but we still need to keep visits on the shorter side about 20 minutes or so. Staff will be reminding you of this and it is not that we don't want you with us, we need to follow what licensing says and to accommodate everyone into the one visiting space. And as always "video/virtual visits" are still available just give us call and we'll get you set up with the information.
Here is the link to Community Care Licensing if you search for "PIN" you'll find the link for the most recent covid update from them, as well as any prior updates regarding other covid related issues.
Please call or schedule a video call!
